The problem

Errors stay hidden until an audit letter arrives.

Mistakes in VAT, withholding tax or expense records often go unnoticed for months. By the time an audit letter arrives, surcharges have been building the whole time.

Our internal audit tests your records against Thai rules now, so you can correct issues on your own terms, before anyone else finds them.

Any one of these is a good reason to have your records checked.

FAQs

Questions about internal audit.

Something else on your mind? Ask our advisors on LINE or WhatsApp.

Is this the same as the statutory annual audit?

No. The annual audit is carried out by an independent licensed auditor on your financial statements. Internal audit is a management review of your controls and compliance.

Can you correct the issues you find?

Yes. We can prepare amended returns and fix records, or hand the correction plan to your own accountant.

How long does it take?

Most reviews take two to four weeks, depending on the size of the company and the period covered.

Will our staff know about the review?

That's your choice. We agree with you who is told, and when, before any work starts.
