ACC · 01 — Internal Audit

Find the gaps before the Revenue Department does.

An independent review of your books, controls and tax filings, with findings ranked by risk.

The problem

Errors stay hidden until an audit letter arrives.

Mistakes in VAT, withholding tax or expense records often go unnoticed for months. By the time an audit letter arrives, surcharges have been building the whole time.

Our internal audit tests your records against Thai rules now, so you can correct issues on your own terms.

ACC · 02 — System Accounting

Monthly accounting that closes on time, every time.

Bookkeeping, payroll and monthly tax filings, run on a fixed calendar and reported in plain English.

The problem

Thai compliance runs on a monthly clock.

Withholding tax, VAT and Social Security returns are due every month, and late or incorrect filings carry surcharges. Books kept loosely through the year also make the annual audit slower and more expensive.

System Accounting keeps your ledger reconciled each month, so every filing, report and your year-end audit draw on the same clean numbers.

Clear answers on Thai tax, before you act.

REG · 04 — Company Registration — Bangkok & Pattaya

Your Thai company, registered and ready to trade.

From name reservation to your first bank account, in Bangkok, Pattaya or anywhere in Thailand.

The problem

A wrong start is expensive to undo.

Setting up a Thai company means choosing the right structure, then completing several registrations in the right order. A wrong shareholding or business objective is costly to fix later.

TAX · 05 — Tax Planning

Plan your tax before the year closes, not after.

Lawful structuring and timing that lower your tax cost and keep every position defensible.

The problem

Once the books close, the options close too.

Most tax savings are only available if you act before the financial year ends. After that, the work shrinks to filing what already happened.

We review your position mid-year and again before year-end, so decisions are made while they still change the result.

The problem

A missed reply can turn a query into an assessment.

INV · 08 — Investment Consulting

Enter Thailand with the right structure from day one.

BOI promotion, ownership structure and investment set-up, planned around your business goals.

The problem

Your entry structure shapes the next ten years.

The structure you choose when entering Thailand decides your ownership rights, tax position and visa options for years. Changing it later is slow and costly.

BOI promotion can open doors, but only for qualifying activities and with conditions that continue after approval. We assess your options first, then manage the application and the reporting that follows.

ACC · 09 — Annual Financial Statements

Year-end accounts, audited and filed on time.

Annual financial statements prepared to Thai standards, coordinated with your licensed auditor and filed with the DBD and Revenue Department.

The problem

Year-end is where twelve months of records are tested.

Every Thai limited company must have its annual financial statements audited by a licensed auditor, approved by shareholders and filed on a fixed timetable. Gaps found at year-end delay the audit and push filings toward their deadlines.

We close the year, prepare the statements and manage the auditor, the shareholder approval and every filing, so the whole cycle runs to one calendar.

FAQs

Questions across our services.

Something else on your mind? Ask our advisors on LINE or WhatsApp.

ACC · 01Is internal audit the same as the statutory annual audit?

No. The annual audit is carried out by an independent licensed auditor on your financial statements. Internal audit is a management review of your controls and compliance.

ACC · 01How long does an internal audit take?

Most reviews take two to four weeks, depending on the size of the company and the period covered.

ACC · 02How is the monthly accounting fee set?

By the number of transactions, employees and filings each month. We quote a fixed fee after reviewing a sample month.

ACC · 02Can you take over our accounting mid-year?

Yes. We pick up from the last completed month and fix any gaps we find in earlier records.

TAX · 03Can I book a one-off tax consultation?

Yes. Ad-hoc advice is billed per question or per hour, and you don't need a monthly contract.

TAX · 03Will your tax advice protect us in an audit?

Our advice explains the legal position and its basis. For certainty on a complex point, we can help you request a formal ruling from the Revenue Department.

REG · 04Can a foreigner own 100% of a Thai company?

In many business activities, foreign ownership is limited to 49% unless you hold a Foreign Business Licence, BOI promotion or a treaty exemption. We explain which route fits your business.

REG · 04How many shareholders does a Thai company need?

At least two shareholders for a private limited company.

TAX · 05Is tax planning legal in Thailand?

Yes. We only use deductions, incentives and structures that Thai law provides, and every position is documented.

TAX · 05When should we start tax planning?

Ideally within the first six months of your financial year, before the half-year estimate (PND 51) is filed.

GOV · 06I've received a Revenue Department letter. What should I do?

Don't ignore it. Send us a copy straight away and we'll explain what it means and the deadline for your reply.

GOV · 06Can you deal with agencies outside Bangkok?

Yes. We handle matters in Bangkok, Pattaya and with provincial offices across Thailand.

LIC · 07Which licences does my business need in Thailand?

It depends on your activity, ownership and location. Our licence mapping answers this in writing before you apply for anything.

LIC · 07What does a company need to sponsor a work permit?

Requirements include minimum paid-up capital and a ratio of Thai employees for each foreign worker. We check your position before you apply.

INV · 08Does BOI promotion allow 100% foreign ownership?

For many promoted activities, yes. It depends on the activity and the conditions in your certificate.

INV · 08What happens after BOI approval?

Promoted companies must meet their conditions and file regular reports. Missing them can affect your incentives, which is why we keep a compliance calendar for you.

ACC · 09Do small Thai companies need an audit?

Yes. Thai limited companies must have their annual financial statements audited by a licensed auditor, regardless of size.

ACC · 09When are the year-end filings due?

Shareholders approve the audited statements at an AGM within four months of year-end, the statements go to the DBD within one month of the AGM, and the PND 50 tax return is due within 150 days of year-end.
