The problem

A missed reply can turn a query into an assessment.

Government requests arrive in Thai, often with short deadlines and unclear next steps. Left unanswered, a simple question can become a formal assessment with surcharges.

We act as your authorised representative, respond correctly and on time, and keep you informed in English at every step.

Agencies we work with

Every agency, one point of contact.

Most companies deal with several agencies each year. We handle them all, so you never need to know which office to call.

FAQs

Questions about government liaison.

Something else on your mind? Ask our advisors on LINE or WhatsApp.

Do I need to attend meetings myself?

Usually not. With a power of attorney we can attend for you, though some appointments require a director in person.

I've received a Revenue Department letter. What should I do?

Don't ignore it. Send us a copy straight away and we'll explain what it means and the deadline for your reply.

Is this available without your accounting service?

Yes. Government liaison can be booked on its own, for a single matter or on an ongoing basis.

Can you deal with agencies outside Bangkok?

Yes. We handle matters in Bangkok, Pattaya and with provincial offices across Thailand.
